Born into a Cuban-American family with food running through his veins, Reuben Ruiz has been cooking since he was 10 years old — learning the craft inside his family's own restaurant kitchen in Miami.
After earning his degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University, he returned home to lead the kitchen at Airport Cafe & Liquors, drawing food lovers from across the country to taste his bold, inventive creations.
